Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of EarthWorks Dundalk Landscaping, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

EarthWorks Dundalk Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions, materials needed, and scope of work required. You will be notified of any significant changes before work begins.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change after this period. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges. If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to pursue collection through appropriate legal channels.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible.

Property Access and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring that our crew has safe access to your property and that all gates, pathways, and work areas are accessible. Please remove or secure any pets, vehicles, or valuable items from the work area before our arrival.

You must notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden features on your property. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed utilities or features.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We will work with you to address any legitimate concerns.

Plant materials and sod are living organisms and are subject to a limited warranty. We guarantee plants and sod for 30 days from installation, provided you follow our recommended care instructions. This warranty does not cover damage from weather, pests, disease, or improper care.

Limitation of Liability

EarthWorks Dundalk Landscaping carries general liability insurance for your protection. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All landscape designs, plans, and creative work produced by EarthWorks Dundalk Landscaping remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for other properties without written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
